From the outside looking into the world of real estate professionals, I had initially felt most have the same responsibilities - show a handful of homes, crack a few jokes, sign some papers, and not see you until your next move. When you're new to a community and don't have a referral, finding someone to trust with your largest purchase can be tough and stressful. Tom has also clearly gained respect in the industry and continues to show kindness towards everyone around him. He knows the San Diego landscape and the people involved in every part of the home process - from permitting to construction.
